Paul Fiscus has been involved with the Senior Living industry in various management capacities for close to 30 years. He has held Administrator/Executive Director positions in Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers, Assisted Living Centers, Independent Living Centers, Memory/Alzheimer's Care Centers, and Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC). He has built relationships with many families and assisted them, or their loved ones, in the transition to a Senior Living Community. 

CuroNow is proud to bring you this conversation we hosted with our friend Paul - it is pulled from both Paul's own experiences with his parents, as well as, his decades of experience working with different families as they figured out what would be best for their needs and situations. Paul addresses both the emotional and logical considerations of what is a very important and not-so-easy decision for most families.
